ORDERS
You can check the status of your order on your Account page. Give it at least a day for accurate tracking to be updated.
Your credit card will be billed once processing has started. This might take a day or two before showing up on your credit card statement.
Orders begin processing by our fulfilment team almost immediately—which limits our ability to intercept, and make changes, or cancel an order. Send an email over to info@brillohaircare.com right away if you need to modify or cancel your order, and our crew will try their best to accommodate your request. Just a heads up, we can’t guarantee that changes can be made.
SHIPPING
Yes—we ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. Shipping in Canada is free over $100 CAD.
Yes—we ship internationally to the United States (not including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping for the US is free over $100 CAD.
Duties and Taxes are not covered in the cost of shipping for international orders.
As soon as we receive your order, it will take 2-3 business days for processing. Typically, orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship out the same day. After that time-slot, orders will begin processing the following business day.
RETURNS
If you want to return any Brillo Hair Care product, notify us within 30 days of purchase via email at info@brillohaircare.com. Include your order number in the subject line, along with the items you would like to return, and our team will assist you swiftly.
For Canadian returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For International returns, original shipping charges, and duties + taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds to be fully credited to your original method of payment and it can take up to two weeks.
Refunds are sent back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. It can take 1-2 weeks for refunds to be reflected, depending on your financial institution.
